“But I was normal, like daily”

“But I was normal, like daily”

World is a spectacular palace to live in. To appreciate its beauty you need to see the unseen, to look between the lines. In short you should look at life from a different perspective.

Whatever may be the due course of life but you still must be thinking that why the blog post’s title is

“But I was normal, like daily”

And this answer may provoke you to ask who said this and why?

“You are looking awesome today.”
“Good night.”
“But I was normal, like daily.”

This is a conversation that I was having with a friend of mine the other night.

She meant to say that her attire was normal like every day and there is nothing new to it.

The message that lies hidden in the sentence speaks out loudly for itself. It says you were a diamond for every single day of your life; you just needed the perfect set of eyes to distinguish you from the coal you were a part of.

It is the truth that you were not even aware of. Each and every single one of you reading this post must know that you are the most prized possession of your parents. You are meant for greatness that has not been achieved or thought of.

All you need is that particular blacksmith who looks at your eternal beauty that you posses, overlooking the dust that covers you.

Now that you have known that you are a diamond and you are the same every single day, you can’t go back to your normal life. It is now your responsibility to fill people lives with light that shines deep within you. That defines who you truly are.

Now remember this when you are at the epitome of your success, never forget the people and circumstances that made you the person you are now.

Be grateful. And there will be times when you will face your worst fears, then remember that even a single spark of light can tear apart the darkness that lies beyond.

Redefine, refine and continuously move towards outshining only and only yourself. There is a saying

“To shine like a sun, you have to burn like the sun.”

Support My School

Support My School
In this world of infinite possibilities, you are born to make a difference and to leave a legacy. To create wonderful ideas, to imagine, believe on them, implement it and make world a better place to live in. An endeavour to create a win-win condition and put a smile to every face, you come across.

The only way to harness this unlimited power and to create a difference you need to be educated. The very first step is going to school.

Coca- Cola India NDTV and other NGO partners are on a mission to revitalise 1,000 schools in the country and to create awareness on the importance of education and to provide basic amenities for children in schools.
Coca- Cola India & NDTV launched Support My School in association with the UN-Habitat, Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) in 2011. It undertakes the following core activities:

• Provision of improved access to water

• Appropriate sanitation facility for girls and boys

• Improvement in the overall school infrastructure and environment

• Provision for sports and recreation facilities and

• Recharging groundwater through rainwater harvesting

The campaign has been able to improve the enrolment in schools from 6.95% (2013-14) to 14.77% (2014-15). The education system in rural areas of India is facing a lot of issues. Here are some issues that needs to be taken care of

Ø    The teachers in the government schools are asked to do various kinds of jobs apart from teaching. Like joining voting polls during elections, helping the government in National Population Registration, cooking mid- day meals. So, there isn’t enough time to spare to teach children, which isn’t a case in private schools.

Ø    The teachers are then asked to finish the syllabus in schools within a stipulated time period apart from doing the above mentioned work, which is why they don’t give their very best in teaching the children.

Ø    Lack of proper training and not being well versed with the advanced technology is leaving them to teach children the old fashioned way.

Ø    Many teachers aren’t paid well in Government schools, which again don’t motivate them to teach.

Ø    The parents who send their children to government schools aren’t well educated and live on a, hand to mouth income, which prevents them to invest on their child’s education. A survey reports in 2009, 55.6% children going to schools had mothers who have never been to schools as opposed to 40.8% children in private schools.

Ø    The Anti Child Labour programme is implemented but it doesn’t seem to impact a majority of India’s population. Children are still working at various under-construction sites and restaurants.

There are many small and big problems that can be added to the above list, which will only continue to grow, if we continue complaining and not take a step towards solving each problem one at a time.

The most important step we can take to ensure that every child is given proper education is to start with their parents. The parents should be taught or given a proper guidance on why they should send their children to school.
This will help the campaign give the much needed boost for a perfect launch.

Once the children reach schools, during the final years of study they should be guided by counselors who can guide the students according to their strengths on what they should study or which career they should pursue.

Education should enhance the creativity of the children, thereby making them capable enough to take their own decisions. Sports should be given priority along with the studies and other extra-curricular activities. This will help in all round development of the students.
Coca- Cola NDTV & NGOs campaign is an incredible step in fulfilling the dream of educating children and giving them a platform to launch their careers. I wish the campaign all the good luck in their mission and thanks for giving me an opportunity to be part of it in spread awareness about education.

Forgotten Dreams

Forgotten Dreams
Lonely and secluded, you wish all your dreams to come true. Dreams, lost in the sands of time which now form a mirage and give a false impressions of its presence at the distant land.
You chase it with the hope, to catch hold of it but it flies away swiftly, as if it has always been at a distant horizon. Bewildered you seek answers, of what has happened in reality or has it happened in the first place, but only to find that you had been talking to yourself and the question has gone unanswered.

No one ever cares to give you an answer; ironically no one is there to answer in the first place. An eerie feeling engulfs your thoughts and darkness reign supreme over your dreams and the world is such a lonely place to live in and your loneliness hardly makes a difference to the passerby.

So, many dreams and planning seems to be in vain for you have chosen to move away from it but you feel, you have to follow the crowd ahead, for it might take you to your dream place.

Fame and fortune stand there waiting. They will never fade away. They are both yours for the asking, but there’s a price you need to pay. For that, you need to believe in you dreams, and to take stand against all odds. You may fail but you'll never be defeated.

“Seek and you shall find”,

“Ask and you shall receive.”

“You are almost there......”

“You are almost there......”
And the award goes to.....
tring tring the alarm sounds and you wake up all of a sudden, dreams crushed and left undone. The award could have been yours had the ringing of alarm not coincided with the dream and if you could have dreamt a little bit more.

There is a hidden message, it’s time that you wake up in real time and hear the applause all over again in real.

When fortunes turn against you and you have nobody to trust, trust yourself. For these turbulent time will soon pass away. And when its time you are almost there.....

Remember “Who knows the moment you quit, your success may begin”. You are almost near your dream and it is yours for the taking.

Thank God for waking you up this day and live the life you always wanted to live. “It’s your life make it large.......”

Vagabond

Vagabond
The rules of life don’t apply here.  Just because a vagabond comes with the tag “No strings attached.” He doesn’t have a rule; neither is interested in making one.

Life is more fun when you don’t have any rules and why should be there any rules for that matter. For when you are born, you didn’t have a guide book to lead in one way or the other.

Life never says what to do. It’s up to you to decide where to go and where not to. Instead it just gave you, the beautiful planet earth and the power to fulfil your destiny, in whatever field you choose to follow.

It’s your life, live it to the very best like a vagabond. NO RULES, NOTHING!!

Just follow your heart and it will lead you directly to your destiny.

All that matters

All that matters
In the brief history of time that we have lived and made it to this day is indeed an incredible achievement. Many didn’t make it to this day, thanks Almighty for gifting these wonderful days in our life. Life is short and time is fleeting. The days though seem long, are really short and minutes and seconds pass by without making their presence being heard.
Making the list of things we do want to do, will surpass the things we did. And asking ourselves, the required time to complete those with necessary additions, I hope it will take us more than this life, maybe we have to be reborn to get those dreams fulfilled (like a Phoenix).
So, I was there in my study room listing all the things that matters the most in my life.
All that matters the most in our life are
Ø The love of parents,
Ø The love of Almighty,
Ø The Moral values,
Ø The decisions we did make,
Ø the risks we did take,
Ø the life we enjoyed,
Ø the dreams dreamt

Ø And an endeavour we did make to achieve them.
Ø The beauty and grandeur that we did appreciate,
Ø The wonderful places visited,
Ø The music played and heard,
Ø The girl who mattered the most,
Ø The fights and love we did when we were kids,
Ø Playing in the water and trying to swim,
Ø The weird sounds made out of amazement when we saw a tiger or lion in the zoo,
Ø The disc braking and slipping we did with our cycles,
Ø My first drawing.
Ø And many more.
The list is endless and it continues growing.
We all wish to achieve all the dreams we wished for are and are still longing for. All that matters the most is the way in which we can achieve the goals. And the price we are willing to pay for our incredible success. And the simple ways we adhere to achieve our small but appreciable goals. Everything matters in your life till the day you are alive and once you are lifeless nothing matters.

So, the most important thing in life is that, we have to achieve everything we wish for, in this short and beautiful life God has gifted us, and make our dreams count.
Let us make a greater endeavour to live a life of our dreams and honestly.

May all your dreams come true!!!

The Monkey Thieves

The Monkey Thieves

It’s a TV series from the National Geographic channel the season of monkey thieves. It shows the gang of monkeys on the outskirts of Jaipur. This bunch of monkeys live in luxury because worshipers believe that they personify Lord Hanuman, who banished evil in the epic Ramayana. When the monsoon fails and there is less to eat, they move from the outskirts of the city, to the city. They now steal fruits and vegetables from the market and from the houses of the city dwellers. It is not done by a single monkey but a gang of monkeys. And the gang creates terror in the hearts of the people in the area. They eat whatever they can lay their hands upon. The temple of Lord Hanuman is their favourite place.
The growing mischief of the monkeys forces the city dwellers to employ a monkey catcher to capture the monkeys and to leave them in the jungle. The monkey catcher puts in a series of traps to catch the monkeys and succeeds in catching the monkeys. He gains popularity in the city and the people praise him for his work.
Now there is the twist in the story, though the monkey catcher is praised by the people but gains serious amount if disrespect among the monkeys. Monkeys start hating him more than anything else for separating their beloved ones from them. The monkeys fear him for his work but the growing grudge against him increases as the day passes.

Now comes the day of Hanuman Jayanti and the monkey catcher decides on this very auspicious occasion not to catch any monkey as he worships Lord Hanuman and is a true Devotee of Him. Giving up his daily work of catching monkeys, he rather decides to offer the monkeys some nuts and fruits.
The monkey’s action stuns him and he is taken aback by the reaction of the monkeys. The monkeys don’t touch the food offered by him but accept the food offered by other people. He is shattered with this weird kind of behavior of the monkeys. Tears flow down his eyes when he realises his mistakes and the disrespect he has shown towards the monkeys. He has to pay the price for separating the monkeys from their family. He has to bear the pain that he has caused in the hearts of the monkeys.
Nature is a strange entertainer. The good for someone may be hurting someone else. He has no personal grudge on the thieves, but he has do it because it’s his duty to make the city free of monkey thieves who if not controlled can destroy the city.
The real question is
v  Will he regain the respect of the monkeys if he stops catching them?
v  What is his mistake?
v  Why don’t the monkeys accept him?
v  Will he change his profession after this incident?
Whatever may be the result of the situation the monkey catcher has undergone some seconds ago will surely leave a mark, the monkeys have given to him. Not physically, but psychologically and mentally.
"The monkey catcher has to leave his profession for the betterment of living organisms" or "will he continue catching." Next season awaits the aftermath of the monkey catcher.

One Day

There is a tide in the affairs of men,
which, when taken at the flood, leads to fortune,
Omitted all voyages of their life,
Is bound in shallows and in miseries.
On such a full sea are we now afloat.
                                                                                    ~~William Shakespeare
At the end of our lives, what we regret the most are the risk we didn’t take, the potential we didn’t use and the difference we didn’t make.
Fears are what we valued the most rather than our dreams and we cared for what people will say if we started doing something new or different. We diverted ourselves into the path we thought was right, finding it leads to a place known as NOWHERE.
One day will come, when we all will repent for the time we did lose, the happy moments we didn’t enjoy, the places not travelled, the exquisite cuisine we didn’t eat and the list is endless..............................
If we start asking ourselves “What you want to do before we die?” answer to this question will make a huge difference in our lives.
Rather that missing those moments in life go and hunt for them, don’t care for what people will say. People will say when you do something and even when you do nothing. Don’t wait for the day to come when you will be able to do everything. Go and do it even before you know you have to do that, no matter what. For time once passed is like a flowing river, you can’t touch the same water twice.
Make the Best use of the time you have got and don’t count the moments rather make the moments count. Live a life of a lion, sine like a diamond, touch a million lives, and transform a thousand more, believe in Almighty and the power HE has given you.
Enjoy every moment to its fullest. For if you don’t do everything you love, you may have to wait for your NEXT BIRTH, to enjoy those.
NEXT BIRTH!!!!!!! OHHH........!!!! That’s a long, long time to come.
So don’t wait for your next birth to come. Accomplish all your dreams in this lone life you have got. Set a deadline and achieve your dreams.
It all about believing in yourself, valuing time and the opportunities and making the best possible use of it.

The Purpose of Life.

The Purpose of Life.
The purpose of life is to live a life of purpose.
There is a purpose in everything we do. And to make this purpose wonderful we add colours to it, prepare the design, we add flavours to it. To make it even more beautiful we give our 100% commitment to it. When you commit yourself to live a life of purpose don’t make a deal with life give your best .We tend to do things where we find happiness and pleasure. And if someone pays you for being happy and increases your payment if you increase your level of excitement and entertainment, wouldn't it be wonderful!! It would be the Best job you can ever have in your life.

For this you need to TRANSFORM your life, you can’t change because change is temporary. You have to find the true purpose of life. You have to INTROSPECT yourself, i.e. you have to disconnect yourself from the entire world and you have to analyse yourself. You need to believe in yourself, you may do whatever you want to do even if for the first time but the thing is give yourself a chance. Put down all your boundaries remove all the limitations of your life.  Give your heart and soul to the work you uphold. Be excited about it. Find God in your work. Take pride in everything you do, appreciate yourself. To enjoy every moment in your life be illogical, throw yourself into the arena of life, do whatever you want to do NOW, or it’s NEVER.
Follow your Dreams, have visions, raise your bar step by step. Feel free to share your dreams with every person you meet, have faith in yourself.
Refuse to give up, for your work is to be happy and to collect SMILES and even share it with everyone you meet. Your work is for a noble cause and it is to be happy. So be a smile officer, live and make this world a better place to live in, than you found it at the first time.
Lastly always remember the words of Albert Einstein
“Imagination is more important than knowledge”

Everything falls in place

Everything falls in place
Ever wondered why the flowers blossom, the trees grow, the rice paddy ebbs and falls, the birds sing. It seems as if everything falls into the right place, in the right time and it seems as if nature has its own rules for its growth. The stars twinkle, the volcanoes erupt, the planets revolve and many heavenly bodies are born and destroyed.
Wonderful isn’t it!!!!!
There is miracle happening every second.
How is that happening?
Why is it happening and who is responsible for these happenings?
There are some innumerable questions that need to be answered and yet there are questions waiting for someone to discover them.
So, whosoever may be responsible, irrespective of how is it happening and why, we seem to enjoy the moments and rejoice on the happenings. So, I want you to focus on one simple rule which makes things fall in place, is Happiness. Be happy, don’t regret and find the (EEEs) Enjoyment, Entertainment and Excitement in everything you love. Be grateful for everything that has happened and that is happening.
So, when you are happy and you are enjoying every moment of your life your nerve impulse comes in resonance with the natural world. And ideas flow in and excitement level is doubled and you find people who are in your, same resonance level. You are filled with passion and excitement. It seems to you that everyone is happy and you seem to replicate happiness. And everything falls in the right place for you. It is as such you don’t have to put effort for the works you do, and it is done effortlessly. And it helps you to replicate success, happiness and to find time for yourself in the midst of the hustle bustle of life.
For the first time ever you feel the power of the present moment.
“THE POWER OF NOW”
Now you have to do one simple thing leave the place a thousand times better than you did find it at the first time. Give it a Midas touch. Be the best person you can be.
Be happy!! Don’t Regret!!
And to your wonder you will find
“Everything falls in the right place, just as the way you want”
To your Incredible Success,
Your Fan,
Kishan Chand Swain.

Time

Time
What is that puts in question on a person’s effectiveness, honesty, dedication towards the job he does? It’s definitely not money, nor is it the absence of job opportunities and even not his ideas.
                                                It’s TIME.
The real problem is that people don’t find time for self and are really obsessed with stuffs, that they are, even not aware of. Thus being “busy being busy”. They have stopped “imagining” and they have stopped being “creative”. And they pass out a comment to themselves, “Are we kids?”  Should we will start painting, dancing to the tunes and should I go to play music because this is what I did when I was a kid and throw my job to do it. It’s just totally not possible.
Hey!! Just wait for a second. It may sound weird but,
“Why don’t you give it a try?”
All you really wanted to do, and all that what makes you happy. NOW is the perfect time to start. And remember, “Being Happy”, is the utmost “Desire” of everyone.
Think logically, when you get a lot of time to INVEST on yourself, isn't it WONDERFUL. To grab a cup of coffee, a good magazine, fell the breeze, play the music, enjoy the serene beauty of nature.
And now ask to yourself, “Is it what I was longing for ever since I was a kid?” “Is it this I need to really focus upon?” subsequently ask some endless number of questions to yourself.
Now feel the difference after you have done everything you really wished for, since long. And your HEART AGREES with it.
Indeed this world is amazing and its beauty is even more magnanimous. For the things you love to do, you need not to be compelled, rather it’s your inner desire to be at your very “BEST”. All you need is to follow your instincts and your intuition. And to value your freedom. They may look weird but it guarantees you an incredible life.
“Yup”, “Incredible Life”
Park your dreams even before you dream of it. It’s wonderful!!
“Trust me” more importantly
“Trust yourself”
“Be excited”, “Be Honest” indeed every time!!

The Real Competition lies ahead......

The Real Competition lies ahead......

What is the real competition that lies ahead.....???

What is it that 2013 really holds for you.....???

Is it the only year I have been looking for since to be my absolute Best Year.....???

Are some of the real questions that you need to be asking to yourself this day...?

So, all you need to do is to “Devote” yourself onto the one and only thing that gives you happiness and the real thing, which you always wanted to do. You know what it is, when you get a lump in your throat.
I choose this word, “Devote” with much care and pleasure for all of you reading this. It’s the word that is self-explanatory and you know the strength of it, with your intuition.
It’s an utter pious and a supernatural word used only for Almighty and used when you completely drown yourself onto the very best that you choose to be. Remember, devotion is necessary in each and every task that you uphold. It takes you hand in hand to the Best that can be, above all limitations and barriers.
The real competition that really lies ahead, this moment is to be at self, to follow your intuition; to be the very best that you can be, to stand up to everything that is good, to make strong the weaken and to mend those who are broken and above all vanquish the evil.
And when you have done all of the above along with the necessary additions to this list you are on your way to “Devotion” and  for the Real Competition that lies ahead....

There’s always a Way out.

There’s always a Way out.

“There is always a way out.”
----Said my father when I asked him how to solve a problem.
He started explaining and showed me how to do that..........
All you need to do is to find a way out. If you start asking how, then you will always be in the hunt for that and you may never ever get out and find away.
Instead work on that very problem and it is not necessary that you will solve it at the first attempt; at times you will fail, but the more you fail the more you will learn and the more you learn the more experienced you are.
Life will give you problems and you always need to find a way out and not to see them as problems but to take those as challenges. And to make sure that you overcome those challenges.
Success is something like this, “The more you play the more you win and the more you win the more successfully you play.”
You must have a quest and an eternal longing to be at your very best and how to do that depends upon you. And how deep are you willing to dive for your object of passion determines your success.
Life’s greatest lesson can be learnt from very simple experiences and out of situations that may look way too awkward and stupid but it is hidden amidst those. You just need to breathe in success and positivity.
“There’s always a way out”, somewhere you just need to reveal them from the camouflage that hides it from you.

Wishing you a Merry Christmas,
Kishan

Think of it twice!!!

Ever heard a fairy tale, where everything fall into place and the characters amuse you and you love listening to them, when you were young as kids from your parents and grandparents.
The story has some amusing characters and their sense of humour often makes you giggle and you laugh to your heart content you eagerly await about what is going to happen next, with all excitement. But at the end of the story it always happen that you fall asleep much before even the story reached its last part.
So, in your sleep you make a journey of your dreams where all your wildest thoughts come into action and again you enjoy to your heart content. Characters go on adding and they continue to amuse you in reality and in your dreams. It seems as if they enter your world, play their part, make us rejoice with their acts and moves, and again are ready to be put into another name in some other story.
Life is also the same, you just need to do the same, keep on adding characters in your life, let people into your life, touch a million lives and change their lives for another million years and rejoice at the good work you did. Learn to rejoice every moment of your life, cherish to its full content and remember, “Life is a do-it yourself project.”
Everything you do you owe them. Don’t read this as if I am trying to teach you or you are reading it so that you can learn from it.
Don’t do that. Rejoice reading it. Amplify your thoughts. Be simple. This is the way you are going to live a life of your own and forever.
And, as in the story everything falls into place in the right place at the right moment, so is it in reality. Everything that had happened and is happening and will happen is a part of a story, a beautiful story that God has written with his own hands and is trying to make you rejoice it by reading it aloud. Just listen to your conscience and you will listen to the Supreme Power’s story for you.
And now when you have done this, let yourself fly, fly into your world of Dreams, leave fate at its place. Re-innovate yourself and say to yourself and the Supreme Power
“Thank you God, for making me a character of your story and I wish I have played my part well. Take me onto your lap; and I want to listen stories forever, beside you. And I wish there is no place suitable enough for me than your lap. I am the Best as you describe me and I want to be with you forever. I can’t much, because now my Heart fells connected with you and
Let the story Begin!!!”
